Every business has a story behind its name. Behind registration certificates, company records and official filings are people who invest their time, money, trust and hopes in building something meaningful.
For me, Cellvion Energy is connected to my business journey, my independent proprietorship, my financial contributions and my association with Cellvion Energy Private Limited. I am publishing this account because I believe the chronology deserves to be recorded openly and accurately.
I acknowledge the documents I signed, the money that was returned to me and the fact that my name has subsequently been removed from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) director records. I want the underlying history and the original purpose of the financial transactions to be understood in their proper context.
This is my account based on information and documents presently available to me. It is not a judicial finding, and unresolved legal questions should be assessed against the complete records and applicable law.
A chronological view of the main events described in this statement.

Returned by cheque
Cheque deposited and cleared.
I acknowledge receipt of the money. The signed affidavit or related documents should be read in full alongside the underlying payment records.
On 14 September 2026, share-transfer documentation concerning 1,750 shares, with stated consideration of ₹17,500, was executed. I acknowledge signing the documents. The status of any transfer should be verified from the original SH-4 forms, share certificates and the company's register of members.
On 28 September 2026, I signed a resignation letter stating that my resignation was with immediate effect. Questions concerning its delivery, receipt, statutory filing and legal effect should be assessed from the available evidence and applicable law.
I also signed an affidavit or related document concerning my departure and the arrangements between the parties. Its complete wording should be considered alongside the payment records, share-transfer documents and resignation letter.
My name has since been removed from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs records as a director of Cellvion Energy Private Limited. That is the present recorded position.
The underlying filing should be examined to establish the filing date, cessation date, stated reason and supporting corporate records. An earlier search in which no publicly visible DIR-12 was found does not prove that no filing could subsequently be made.
I am recording this event as part of the chronology, not as proof of wrongdoing or as a determination of every legal question concerning my departure.
My proprietorship's GST registration date was 6 August 2026. Cellvion Energy Private Limited was incorporated on 31 August 2026. These dates establish the sequence of the registrations but do not, by themselves, determine exclusive ownership of a business name or trademark rights.
Questions concerning prior use, trademark rights and the relevant businesses must be assessed using the complete evidence and applicable law. This website is independently operated and does not claim to be the official website of Cellvion Energy Private Limited.
“I believe transparency begins with presenting the facts, including the facts that are complicated or uncomfortable.”
My personal statementI intend to distinguish between documented events, my personal account, official records and questions that remain unresolved. I will not present allegations of fraud, dishonesty or criminal conduct as established facts without an adequate evidentiary and legal basis.
Where lawful and appropriate, supporting documents may be published with unnecessary personal identifiers, signatures, bank details and confidential information redacted. Readers should consult original records when assessing the chronology.
If a material factual error is identified, I invite a written communication identifying the specific statement and providing supporting evidence so that it can be reviewed fairly.
My association with Cellvion Energy Private Limited has ended, and my name has been removed from its MCA director records. The documents signed in September 2026 and the financial transactions surrounding that period form part of the history.
I have acknowledged the documents I signed, the money that was returned and the clearance of the two cheques. I have explained that, according to my account, the money had originally been provided for specific purposes: ₹50,000 to Rachit, ₹35,000 by cheque into the company's bank account for the purchase of shares, and ₹15,000 towards CA fees.
I am publishing this account because I believe the chronology should be recorded transparently. I do not ask readers to accept unverified allegations or prejudge any person. I ask that the dates and documents be examined in context and that unresolved legal questions be addressed through the appropriate process.
This is my account of the events based on the information presently available to me. My objective is to preserve an accurate record of my business journey, explain my position and make the relevant chronology available for independent examination.
